The Agent is a company that gives home sellers a unique 1:1 service, focused on achieving the best price possible for their property. They approached us in 2020 requiring a company logo, brand guidelines, stationery and a website ready for their launch.

For the logo design, we chose a font with a contemporary, modern aesthetic, that has some nice rounded curves in the letter-forms to give a friendly and approachable aesthetic. We then incorporated the curve from the 'g' to form a smile, with a simple rooftop above it, forming a very simplified, but characterful and unique icon that our client case use across various applications. 

Our client Carl Kettleborough said, "We came to Soka needing everything and literally only gave them to basic information on our start-up business as well as how we wanted to be portrayed. Within 2 weeks we were shown an amazing logo and branding package which worked perfectly, fully encapsulating all that we were about. Given the quality of their work, we then instructed them on a website, letterheads, presentation folders and business cards.
