About our Director

A gifted creative leader, who proves that great design makes for great business. Sophie is an expert in creating fresh, powerful and thoughtful brand identities that customers find irresistible. Her preferred style of design is contemporary and clean – perfect for modern businesses.

As a secret swot, she graduated in 2010 with a First Class Degree in Graphic Design and Advertising, and was awarded with Merit by the International Society of Typographic Designers for her work on 100Bama, a typographic interpretation of Barack Obama’s first 100 days in office.

Sophie is based in Liverpool, with an office address at Kempston Street Works in the ever-evolving Fabric District; however she is more than happy to travel across the UK for meetings and consultations.

An Agile Workforce

We believe in working with only the best individuals around, which means we don’t believe in being restricted by distance.

Soka is a design agency based in Liverpool, but our collective team work from various locations across the UK, and we often travel to visit clients at their premises.

This location independence gives us the freedom to work with very interesting digital nomads on our team, with some members successfully developing brands whilst travelling the world.

We’re happy to work wherever there’s Wi-Fi, picking up new inspiration from all corners of the world whether that’s your office, our office or a remote beach in Thailand!
