CoachLab are leadership and executive coaching service. We were approached by our existing client Ruth Dettman, as the dynamic of her company was changing from being a sole trader to more of a team dynamic. She felt that using her name wasn’t appropriate, thus the new company name of CoachLab was agreed upon.
The branding concept stemmed from a comment in our initial meeting about ‘supporting growth’. The mark brings together the company initials to form a monogram which gives a visual nod to natural growth. The overall bold feel of the brand is one of a confident, established and modern company. Moving away from the more personal light touch approach of the original company.
