King West are an independent Chartered Surveyors specialising in residential estate agency, rural, commercial and residential lettings, land management, planning and development.

They approached us to craft a new identity to suit their evolving more contemporary approach to business. 

The design incorporates a unique marque using the initials K and W. The letterforms flow together, suggestive of co-operation and parties working together. The typographic approach has a traditional and trustworthy aesthetic, without incorporating too many flourishes or intricacies, ensuring a clean and contemporary edge.
